Andre Secrease

Mr. Andre Secrease serves as the Operations Manager for our Department of Defense (DoD) sector. Andre earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Andre has over twenty-five (25) years’ of experience in operations management, logistics, budgeting, cost control, and personnel supervision.

Andre manages our operations by furnishing supplies and services to accomplish Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the U.S. Army Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) to increase the combat capability. Andre provides support personnel for initial fielding, cascade/reissue, reset/retrofit, repairs, and maintains temporary facilities before, during, and after retrofit and reset programs.

Andre also manages associated budgets to cover all expenses and personnel cost, conducts program management reviews with customers to ensure contract compliance in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and assists the Owner in responding to business proposals and contract negotiations for new business proposals and renewals of existing contracts with the U.S. Army.
