SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Twenty Two (22) years of experience encompassing both engineering and scientific fields. This experience includes more than Fifteen (15) years of technical support of strategic defense computer science technology as employed by surveillance, weapon, missile systems, and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) including: Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Advanced Anti-Tank Weapon System-Medium (AAWS-M), Multipurpose Individual Munition (MPIM), Surface-to-Air Missile Operations Center (SAMOC), PATRIOT Command Post Automation System (PCPAS), Fire Support Team Vehicle (FIST-V), Non Line-of-Sight Fiber Optic Guided Missile (NLOS FOG-M), Ground TOW 2, and Bradley Fighting Vehicle. Directly supported the execution of MDA flight test events to include roles on console during test execution. Provided knowledge and understanding of communications systems to include classified network links between BMDS elements. Assessed system flight test design, identified issues, and provided recommendations. Wrote white papers, point papers, etc as directed by the government customer. Performed technical test and evaluation planning, verification and validation analyses supporting the Aegis BMD system/ BMDS integration. Provided inputs to the weekly staff meetings, weekly activity reports, Monthly Test Reviews, and daily updates to the BMDS Test Event Summary. Interfaces with MDA staff to coordinate planning, execution, analysis and reporting of test events. Fifteen (15) years of verification, validation, and test experience (including One (1) year of simulation modeling and test experience in operation concepts, scenarios and training development and experience on how to validate display data accuracy. Engineering expertise in supporting ad hoc customer requests in Command, Control and Battle Management discussions and how to relate this experience to DMETS related engineering discussions. Experience in interfacing and answering warfighter mission related questions, providing guidance to the warfighter on the use of C2BMC for situational awareness, supporting the conduct of pre-event training, and answer warfighter questions during post scenario runs. Also (including Five (5) years of simulation modeling and test on the Extended Air Defense Testbed (EADTB), Family of Systems Simulation (FoSSIM), and Ground-Based Midcourse (GMD) Test and Evaluation System Simulation (TESS)). Two (2) years of experience working on SETAC programs, served as a government SETA. Performance on these programs demonstrates expertise in strategic defense related hardware/systems analysis and assessment. Ten (10) years of experience in training analysis, development of storyboards, ‘train the trainer’ program, platform instruction, and training assessments. Additionally, I’ve developed training programs and evaluated existing programs for effectiveness and the return on investment. In addition, I have experience in designing and developing state of the art interactive multimedia simulation based training to include:

  • Software Training Simulations: Including application simulations, IT, data entry, etc.
  • Soft Skills Training Simulations: Such as role-play, business skills, business modeling/analytical, story-problem, scenario-based, sales process simulators, etc.
  • Hard Skills/Technical Training Simulations: Including troubleshooting, diagnostic, procedural walk-through, simulating physical systems, simulating concepts, emergency response, virtual worlds/spatial relationships, etc.
