GSA Proposal Services

SBC’s principal “reason for being” is to assist our clients in obtaining their GSA Schedule listing in order to tap into the federal marketplace. We offer a range of services appropriate for small firms with relatively simple requirements, to large firms with complex GSA Schedule needs. In case none of our pre-designed service offerings are appropriate to your specific situation, we will develop a customized solution for you.

We Can Help You In 4 Main Ways.

  1. You Can Use Our Contract Vehicles
Provide access of your services/products to the Government using our existing GSA contract. Or we can readily obtain new contracts for our firm through which your products/services would be offered. We work with your existing sales force, orient them on the how’s and why’s of GSA. Teach your salespeople what to do when a customer expresses interest. We scan daily through hundreds of opportunities to see if there anything that your company might be willing to pursue. And many other support efforts.
  2. We can Acquire a Contract for You
We can evaluate the best contract type for your firm. We then work toward “grooming” your firm for a proposal submission to the Government for a multi-year GSA contract. We’ll negotiate with the Government to obtain the best business situation for your firm. We’ll set you up as a qualified Government vendor. Once you obtain contract award, we can train your personnel to administer the contract.
  3. We can Administer Your Contract for You
We file and submit for all quarterly reports and transaction fees, make sure all product / service pricing, terms and conditions (adds, deletes, price changes) are up to date on the contract, submit and follow up for contract modifications. We’ll be a liaison with your assigned contracting officer. We ensure you’re compliant with all Government contractual requirements.
  4. We Can Create and Execute a Government Business Development Plan
We will create and maintain a list of the top 10 key agencies/bureaus as a hot prospect list. We monitor upcoming requirements using various reconnaissance techniques such as Freedom of Information Act, FedBizOpps, Source Sought, BAA’s, and many others. We pursue requirements which are both new as well as those being recompeted. We create strategic partnerships with other firms that will allow for pursuit of a particular requirement. We’ll assemble and manage a proposal team, and attend industry days.
