GSA Schedule Rates

Our pricing is based upon whether the customer seeking a GSA contract is solely a manufacturer of the items being offered to the Government. If a manufacturer is also offering products of another manufacturer, it is considered a Reseller of 2 Manufacturers. Resellers require a significant investment of effort due to the required replication of effort of the prime flowing down through to the tiers of manufacturers. Prices are payable based upon sizing as proposed. Should customer or Government choose to reduce the number of line items or number of manufacturers, these prices shall not be adjusted.

Time, Material & Other Expense Pricing

Our above pricing is for services delivered without having to be present at the customer’s location. Fees for referral reports, travel expenses, duplication, delivery, etc. are separately invoiced at cost to the customer. Extraordinary circumstances which require additional labor shall be charged as time and material pricing are shown below. Any of these prices shall be pre-approved with the customer:

Base Contract Acquisition Labor: $155 per hour
Clerical Compilation: $95 per hour
